Note: Cancellations after April 30, 1998 are subject to a fee to cover costs incurred by PPMA.
Any member of an exhibitor's family attending the convention will be issued a complimentary pass to the exhibit hall only, but will not be allowed to work in the exhibit hall unless additional registration is paid. All names of persons attending must be listed in advance so that our security arrangements may be complete.
The Exhibitor(s) is/are liable for any damage to hotel property or their exhibits. The Exhibitor(s) agree(s) to make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against the Professional Photographers of Mississippi-Alabama, Inc., the Embassy Suites Hotel and their representatives or agents for: loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods, injury to himself or employees in exhibit quarters, damage or injury of any nature, including business, by virtue of failure to provide space for or removal of exhibit, action of any nature by the above organizations or their agents, failure to hold exhibition as scheduled or for any cause that may render exhibit area unusable. It is suggested that the exhibitor obtain appropriate insurance for loss or damage to exhibit material.
